It helps. The bag and trackers give your coach data and a real training surface. If you don't own one yet, we'll work with what you have — shadowbox, mitts, or a gym membership — and revisit when you're ready to scale up.

24-hour cancellation is free. Inside 24 hours, the session is forfeited — your trainer has blocked the time, and the plan keeps running. We treat their hour like the professional commitment it is.
